Just ‘get on with it’ is not an appropriate response in any stressful situation. So when you strip back the situation to it’s raw actions that some dads go through it would be classed as trauma from their perspective, so why look at it any differently?

As a community, we don’t acknowledge the emotional toll of fatherhood. Too many dads suffer in silence, reticent to seek help to digest their trauma, to speak up and say they’re struggling to juggle...
