Before scaling any product ALWAYS make sure you have the right supplier and most importantly you have the best possible price, you can always negotiate with the supplier once you get some constant orders.

most people are too focused in the beginning on building a brand, but that's bull shit.
Test, test and test. Once you find a winning product and you are running it up, then start to brand it. But do think of branding a product if you havent even tested it.

When testing products, create a store with a "general" name. Make the store look branded, but if the product flopped just change the product since the name is general you can just switch it up.
