There are few things more satisfying than restoring an old and forgotten building to its former glory. That is exactly what we plan to do with Dalmellington as we breath new life into the building and transform it into a community hub.

We are very excited to announce that we will be starting work on the 'Bank Building' in Dalmellington. Investing the funds to create a space that can be accessed by businesses and residents means we can provide the infrastructure our communities need to deliver positive change.

We had a great time down south yesterday to visit the @gallowayglens team and see some of their projects! Thanks for hosting us! We even avoided the rain ☔️ From heritage hubs at the Smiddy and Crossmichael to footpaths and red squirrels 🐿️🌲🥾 finishing in Kirkcudbright!

Great work by @eacLittlemillPS @EastAyrshire who planted 200 of the #aspen trees they grew at school on the local coal bing for our Coalfields to Wildwoods project. Homemade seed bombs were also hurled. @CoalfieldCLP @coal_legacies #rewilding
