Can’t say this enough- don’t get recruits on campus to check a box or for numbers sake. At some point, you extend an invite, but build a case why visiting your campus is the single most important thing they can do!.
Don’t push campus visits too early. Instead, build desire by consistently sharing what makes your program unique. Recruits visit when they’re curious—not when you nag them.
