This morning Tina Roher, my dad, and Rachel Roher got to participate in Reed’s rank up to second class petty officer. We got to pin him with new insignia in front of his team. Very powerful as a dad to see him succeed and follow his passion for adventure. So proud of him.

I compare it to a pitcher throwing to a catcher , or shooting free throws . Your eyes are the most powerful part on your body when it comes to accuracy. Every throw should have a small target.
I would love to hear people’s opinions on why it does or does not matter if the QB looks at the ball in the air after they release it.
