You know what my Frosh & Soph ⚾️ crazy sons r doing on the field right now? NOTHING! That’s right, nothing for 2 mos. No throwing, no hitting, no fielding. Training in Gym 4x/wk, Pilates 1x/wk, Hoops, pingpong, school, & being a kid. Breaks are good, return Jan to ⚾️ all🔥 up!
