Tonight, I discovered a 2 ball variation to the backhand focusing on quick transfers to throwing hand,“1 in. hops,” & center line transfers. 🎾 2 ball exchange drills are the core of my routine & originally I would always do 1 ball to my backhand thinking that was the only way.

This HR was a little extra special…first hit after being out from injury for the first 3 weeks of senior season. Just so fired up to be back on the field with my brothers. 3 weeks doesn’t seem like much, but it’s a lot when it’s your last season to play the game you love.
