I will always work to be the best version of myself. If I expect my players to be coachable, adaptable, and grow, then I will damn sure do the same. I show up, work hard, and never quit. Nobody will ever outwork me or tell me I can't. My limits are my own, and there aren't any.

Hiring coaches because of who they know over what they know is killing coaching. Some great coaches will never get a shot because their last name doesn't get them recognition. Not saying some of these coaches aren't good, just saying there might be better overlooked options. 🤷♂️
