Something I introduced with my U13s recently, questions welcome!. Primary Focus: Directing play for initial press, focusing on approach to direct (curved/angled) . Secondary Focus: Support play, close to ball and in front of pressure to create movement from deep. 💻 @TacticalPad

Today I was able to get my U14 and U16 boys together for an intra-coach game. The age groups were mixed between each team, both red and grey. They battled it out on a wonderful sunny afternoon in BR, BUT… can you guess who is U14 and who is U16?! ⚽️

Pep interview with Warnock is enlightening. Literally, telling Warnock it’s the skin/feeling, laugh at the stupid stuff that makes the difference… 30 seconds later, goes into the exact same method when Warnock is telling a story to engage him within the convo!.
