Words cannot express how excited I am! We have not 1 but 2 BOYS now!! Rogelio Stefan Alvarez arrived on March 31st and is super healthy! Momma was such a fighter and Joaquin was excited to meet his baby brother! I am truly blessed!

In the Run N Shoot you need to read specific defenders. But Bill Walsh was a huge influence on the Shoot in the 90s & the West Coast offense uses pure progression. I agree with @The_Coach_A that pure progression makes you hold the ball longer but great coaches have used it before
