@siddharth31 Changing corporate culture is a slippery slope. Companies suffer from employee disengagement, fatigue, and indifference. If you want to address the issue, I highly recommend reading "Build an A Team" by @JohnsonWhitney & @CoDisengagement by @AndrewJSherman. Two brilliant minds!
