Non-scale, but still #fitness, victory: I ran. That's 2 workouts in a row: I jogged most of my warmup & not feel like hot death. Still needs to be consistently in the gym, but it will come. Health & Fitness is a long-term game. #fitnessmotivation #fitnessAsTherapy #duespaid
