Ray Clemence is a little under the weather at the moment. If this wonderful man has ever brought pleasure to your life at any time, this would be a good time to tell him

“This is not an age in which anything can happen and be covered up”. My words at teams out. Let’s make sure. Keep at it

I’m not going to change anything alone but I just feel more comfortable not doing this now. Thank you to TalkSport for the opportunities and the friendships
One small insight I can add… I’ve had several conversations with Steven Gerrard while he has been on the M74 after a snatched overnight with his family. He is many things but a dad and husband first and second.
These are and have been strange football times but Ally has captured football’s place as the most important of the unimportant things better than anyone. Great to work with your mate.
My wife has just observed that my voice was more lightweight in 1999... then calculated that I’ve drunk 6000 bottles of red wine since then. Fair

I think even my mum has heard enough of me in the last month but she never gets enough of hearing me talk about Ally McCoist. The World Cup belonged to Messi and Coisty
I do agree with the PM on one thing. If I lost an important vote by a margin of only 52 to 48%, I would think it only reasonable to hold a confirmatory vote as soon as possible.

Liverpool have their hands on the European Cup again...and this time it's for keeps🏆
The greatest comeback a European Cup Final has ever seen. Liverpool v A.C. Milan with

commentary...
Ted Morris, Joe Blott, Ronan Evain, Pierre Bathélemy and Emilio Dumas have provided an invaluable service to fans of Liverpool, Real Madrid, and every other European football club in the French senate today.
They spoke powerfully, professionally, and pertinently.
Well done all.
Difficult to describe and easy to forget how remarkable

and Marina were in the days after the tragedy. Richly deserved. It could have been any club.
When ITV lost their live Champions League matches in 2015, they signed off with a brilliant montage of all the great moments they’d covered during the previous 23 years.
So much top class European football seen on free-to-air terrestrial TV.
Glory days.
20 years ago today I flew to Athens for a Champions League game that was never played. Prepping in my hotel room with only CNN for company when the attacks began. We will never forget the where and when and nor must we.

IMPORTANT! Please please vote tomorrow. Don't think it, do it. If you're not old like me, you will need either your passport or your driving licence (provisional is fine). Find it now. Put it out on the table by the door and use your vote. Don't let 'them' stop you.
