Clive Lewis MP is putting forward a private members’ bill that will include a citizens’ assembly on water company ownership.

People defending hereditary peers in the House of Lords are characterising their abolition as a choice between the hereditary principle and more life peers appointed by Prime Minister of the day. It’s a false choice. The choice should be between all peers and a House of Citizens.
