@belfastcc @Community They dug deep into what co-design means, why it matters, and how to make it work for everyone. The result is the Belfast Co-Design Framework—a practical guide to help organisations integrate co-design into their work. 🧵👇.

@belfastcc They worked with us and @Community Places to bring together residents, partners, & voluntary organisations together for workshops to shape the framework. The workshops weren’t just discussions—they were collaborations. 🧵👇

@belfastcc But there was a challenge. Many people want to be involved but aren’t sure how. And across organisations, there was no shared understanding of what co-design actually looks like in practice. 🧵👇.
