@belfastcc They worked with us and @Community Places to bring together residents, partners, & voluntary organisations together for workshops to shape the framework. The workshops weren’t just discussions—they were collaborations. 🧵👇

@belfastcc But there was a challenge. Many people want to be involved but aren’t sure how. And across organisations, there was no shared understanding of what co-design actually looks like in practice. 🧵👇
