Our realist review (co-led by @hm_jennings) on mechanisms for participatory mental health is only possible, if it's also participatory. Theory of change validation across a range of settings helps make sure that what we argue, matters to the people we are arguing for.
In the last 2 years I have been involved in research on participation and mental health. Held a validation workshop on the Theory of Change we developed. Research done in Zim, India and Nepal. We do not have adequate and appropriate services in rural communities. @thewrittenro
