I read a lot of Krasznahorkai last decade when I was living in Paris. I was most enchanted by his meditation on the sublime, Seiobo There Below, but the apocalyptical works exploded my brain im a good way. A good choice by the folks in Sweden.

As a first semester freshman, I took a course where we read the entirety of Proustās In Search of Lost Time. The class had a dozen students, and some weeks we read around 500 pages. There are still students who want college experiences like that but itās fewer every year.
