I am so thrilled to be publishing this one-of-a-kind novel, by the extraordinarily multi-talented @ChrisMacDwriter. If you liked Black Swan or Whiplash, or if you couldn't look away from all the profiles of Jeremy Strong's method acting, this book is absolutely brilliant!

Q for writers/publishing folk. Has anyone done the Tony McNamara (The Favourite/The Great) thing of putting v modern vernacular/tone in historical settings in books? If not, would people like it or are historical fans into the historicalness of it? If so: good examples? Thx
