Adopt AI or be left behind. This change has to run top-down. And for that leaders have to be hands-on. Irrespective of their function. If your leaders aren't hands-on with AI, something is wrong. Do a hackathon. Get every leader to get their hands dirty.
Last month at @Razorpay, we flipped the script on hackathons. Instead of engineers building and leaders judging, we did a Leadership AI Hackathon. Every leader from Finance to HR picked an AI tool and built something. No spectators. Just hands-on creation. Using Gemini,

This one's my favourite. To be a "Transparent" org, everyone's calendars are public by default. My favourite activity is to stalk someone's calendar and go attend their meetings if I find them interesting.

"Designing for users? Not good enough. Design with them". To be "Customer First," no matter what team you're a part of, what designation you hold, you have to interact with customers. Something as simple as spending 2 hours with the support team works wonders.
