As the ESOP culture grows in India (via startups), its imp we establish right benchmarks. Seeing many cases in India of differential vesting schedules (eg. 5%, 15%, 30%, 50% over 4 yrs). This makes no sense, is just unfair. Equi-vesting is the way it shld be: 25% vesting per yr!.
