To evaluate the potential of AhSonogenetics in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, we manufactured a device to generate double foci for bilateral targeting of the dorsal striatum. We observed that AhSonogenetics alleviates motor deficits in a mouse model of Parkinson’s disease.
