There are capsaicin receptors in your butt, as well as your mouth.
1. Can your butt distinguish the difference between Chili peppers, mustard, wasabi, black peppers, ginger etc?
2. Does your butt build a tolerance over time?

I'm torn. I feel that people should be allowed to do what they want to their bodies, BUT should also not be shamed for whatever sizes their bodies come in.
Tom Cotton knows Singapore isn't China.
And sold 12 overpriced F-35B's to Singapore, and has met Singapore's Minister of Defense.
And now he goes on camera and says that Singapore has one of the highest degrees of infiltration/influence by the CCP.

And also a lot of service staff realize they don't want to deal with people again.
Covid has wiped the thin veneer of civility of most people.

I asked a doctor. He said the point of a strong immune system was to stay healthy. Said we should do what we can to stay healthy and not go around delibrately getting yourself sick.

Few of my friends have a theory that the US is anti-abortion & affordable healthcare/ college / housing, is to ensure a high incentive for people to join the military (or populate prison labor).

The Germans acknowledge the terrible atrocities committed by the Nazis and have tried to make amends.
The Japanese claim all their war crimes are due to propaganda, and claim to be the victim, whilst literally worshipping their war criminals.
It's a little different.

Exactly. These are precedented times. Massive inequality like the last days of the Year in Russia. The stock/crypto markets looks like the exuberance of the roaring 20's. There is a rise in fascism like in pre-Nazi Germany. A great empire has suffered military defeats, mirroring

Needed to make a trip to GZ, so decided to take the kid to the zoo
HSR makes the trip in under an hour, making the trip a breeze. So different from the old green skin trains, but also missing the charm of chatting with strangers.

Something something right to sovereignty, something something legitimate security concerns.
But seriously, maybe if Australia/US were doing great things for those island nations, they wouldn't be interested in a partnership with China
In hot weather, I remember elderly Chinese people (in many countries) telling me to drink HOT TEA as a way to cool off.
I remember being told something similar about hot apple tea in the Middle East once too.
Is there any science behind this?

Keep talking about it.
Don't stop until there are sincere apologies and reparations.
Until it is taught to every one of their students.
Until their politicians regularly pay their respects to the dead.
Until then, don't stop talking about it
@Guglar9
Singapore had an excess death report and showed that 40% of their excess deaths were from heart attacks from people who had recovered from Covid.
The other 60% was people who died of Covid.
People in the west are starting to look past their "China bad" sinophobia, and ask, if the govt of a country with a massive population, high pop density and low GDP per Capita can do this for their people - why can't theirs?
“If Covid was really as disabling as you say, don’t you think the government would be doing more to stop it?”
Here’s the thing: for all the ways folks love to judge China for it’s zero-Covid strategies, have any of you stopped for one minute to ask WHY they are doing that?
There are people in Hong Kong DELIBERATELY spreading Covid?!
And calling on people to DELIBERATELY spread covid?! WTF is wrong with people?!?
"The second suspect, 21, was accused of calling on Covid-19 patients to spread the virus in an online post, according to police"

Sinophobia's for the local audience.
They don't want people asking:
-were all the deaths we had easily preventable?
-why haven't our government done anything for us?
-do the Chinese care more about their people than we do?

Interesting.
I've never considered their relationship from a trade perspective.
Seems like India imports a lot of electronics and machinery from China.
I wonder what kinda Chemicals it exports to China? Anything where it has a monopoly?
I'm happy that more and more people are getting exposed to Meat Mooncakes.
IMHO, these are superior to the sweet lotus paste ones with salted egg yolks.
It was this type of violence (I was living very near a Lennonwall), along with covid that led us to move to our current palace of tranquility in Tuen Mun.

1. The guy in this Pulitzer Prize-winning photo is called Yang Xuezhi. Last Nov. 11, he took a bus to MongKok, where hundreds of protesters gathered. A woman clad in black noticed him holding a cellphone & came to question him.

I think the Japanese were a lot worse than the Germans.
So much so that there were Nazis in China who decided to help savr the Chinese against the Japanese.
Trudeau now contradicts what he stated just days ago about China interfering in Canada's election.

It wasn't his first offence. He was caught once in Canada.
When he was originally sentenced in China, he was given 15 years.
But he appealed, and they retried him, with some new evidence, which lead to the latest sentence.

Those who died of Covid, and those who died within 90 days of having Covid.

So if China imports too much agricultural products, it is causing inflation/ food shortages.
If it tries to be agriculturally self-sufficient, it's bad for US agricultural exports.
58% of 🇺🇸Americans want the U.S. to end the war in 🇺🇦Ukraine.
77% support continued nuclear talks with 🇮🇷Iran
60% want the US to go to war with 🇨🇳 China over 🇹🇼Taiwan (if China forcibly goes for reunification).
What an absolute insane state of affairs we are in now.
The final idiocy is now in place: most Americans support a war with China -- which their rulers are busily fomenting.
The US sheeple apparently back negotiations with Iran and for ending the Ukraine war. But 60% of them want to see direct intervention a war over Taiwan.

A lot of people I spoke with in HK who lived through the "peaceful protests" now question what they believe happened during the 6.4. 1989 Tiananmen situation after seeing how the HK events were covered by the media.
