Thank you @JTraumAcuteSurg for giving us the honor of the best paper this month ! It’s a humbling to share it with @argandykov and my colleagues at @MGHSurgery . We believe this approach will give a far better alternative to per cutaneous chole tubes!.
In patients with acute cholecystitis who are poor candidates for cholecystectomy, transpapillary cholecystoduodenal stenting, may represent a safe and viable long-term alternative to external gallbladder drainage. @argandykov @ CharuParanjape.
