Watched all 422 (3s) the college team I'm volunteer coaching for took last season. I charted many things, but one was if the 3 was taken from a pass in the shooter's pocket or outside of it. The striking results (similar to other times I've done this) --- PASSING ACCURACY MATTERS

After nearly 11 months since my ACL/Meniscus surgery, I'm returning to sport this afternoon for my first game of doubles pickleball...beyond stoked and huge shoutout to my PT team.

Nervous? Good. Nervousness isn’t a problem, it’s a privilege. It means you care, & your body knows something important is happening. Don’t fight it. Welcome it. One day, you won’t get this feeling & that’ll be worse. Nerves mean you’re alive, capable, & lucky to compete.

For so long I've taught athletes about the six sources of confidence, but beliefs actually hold a potentially more powerful place below the "skill of confidence."

Yep, @JamesClear hit the nose on this one. I have often passed on opportunities or found myself more qualified/skilled than a person with a "title" but I've made decisions based on quality of life and controlling my time and it's been a rewarding race.

One of the best explanations of Bitcoin as a store of value relative to the US dollar for those that have been trying to understand BTC. Don't let your hard earned money (energy) evaporate. Feel free to send questions.
If you’re new to Bitcoin $BTC, the following has likely crossed your mind “I bought Bitcoin at $93k. Should I not be concerned with how high I’m coming in at?” “Isn’t there little upside buying Bitcoin at $100k?” “Shouldn’t I just wait for next bear market?” This is for you👇

This is insane, hilarious and should have counted...
purdue head coach talking about when caitlin overheard the coach telling her players they’re fouling her at the end of the quarter, so she threw the ball up at near halfcourt, immediately turned around and said and-1 without even seeing the ball go into the hoop 😭 it went in 😭

You can dribble, but can you handle pressure? You can pass, but can you make reads? You can shoot, but do you have good shot selection? You can guard, but do you know how to rotate? Your skills are only as valuable as their translation to the context of games.
