Pat Shurmur's offense is not a fit for Drew Lock. I'm not going to ignore deficiencies in Lock's game (poor mechanics, needs fast processor) but the design from Shurmur doesn't play to Lock's strengths. The dirty secret in the NFL is that it's all about fit..and this ain't good
