Can any one help? Every time I send a parcel to Bilbao I pay full whack this end but it still gets €50 added the other end regardless of the Tax I pay this end. Help?.

For those who recycle their poppy's - it's not necessarily the wearing of them that counts, but the financial contribution you give to the Royal British Legion each year to wear it. That money does untold good.
