This has happened so many times with crisis service at @NSFTtweets. Inquest after inquest but never any learning and improvement. So many precious lives needlessly lost. Shameful. My heart goes out to all those left behind.
A Norwich man who took his own life on the A47 had 10 closed referrals to crisis services in the last four months of his life, an inquest has heard. 👇 Full story.

The known numbers are higher in Norfolk/Suffolk and @NSFTtweets but had lost count. I do not believe for one minute that trust’s retrospective review identified all their deaths. Their raw data was too incomplete:shoddy/chaotic. We will never know on Norfolk/Suffolk either.
"We may never know" the true number of people who died. it’s expected to be "significantly in excess" of the reported 2,000 figure. We’ve known that for a long, long time!!!. #matthewscampaign

For bereaved people, harmed by the cover ups and gaslighting of a system set on protecting itself, an anti-dote is required. @RememberingCIC #RainbowsOfHope offers solace and solidarity and positivity through crafting together.
Here’s a taster of our #RainbowsOfHope project that we will be taking to our free workshops and drop ins over the next few months. Join Remembering Together FB group or for details #love #bereavement #creative #joinin

The despicable way @MelanieLeahy has been treated is replicated across mental health trusts. As bereaved mother trying to flag up concerns I have encountered the same false appreciation/gaslighting while they work out how to shut me up. It’s cruel.

My heart goes out to Ty’s family. @NSFTtweets stalling tactics are longstanding ploy that adds harm to families already harmed and traumatised. I am convinced this is deliberate because the trust know exactly what the impact is.

The work of @big_fandango is inspirational. All the issues in the blog I can relate to. We don’t value woman’s work (sewing/craft skills or emotional labour involved in supporting people). Funders get great value out of grass roots organisations but often favour large ones.
