I ran a big game of 20+ people at GenCon18. Players got 1 weapon inspired by their day job & if they died they became a ghost with 1 attack. By the end 1 guy was able to defeat the big bad with an army of ghosts & an Excel Spreadsheet. Everyone lost their SHIT! Nerds always win

A little freelancing tip:
Keep track of any free/exposure/discounted rates you give to special projects. Mark the “loss” as a marketing purchase & track its value. I find this works WAY better than applying a blanket statement of “never work for free” or “you gotta pay ur dues”
