Alongside @InclusionIre, @AsIAmIreland and @DownSyndromeIRL, we have been in contact with @Education_Ire to call for guidelines for the Summer Provision Programme to be released ASAP to allow schools and families plan ahead. It is our understanding that guidance will issue soon.

#Budget2021 was an opportunity for Govt to demonstrate commitment to family carers & honour commitments made in the PfG. Whilst there are a number of welcome measures in today’s announcement, it has not gone far enough to adequately support family carers.
