61 yo🧓, with NSTEMI, bcs of ostial DX lesion, besides chronic subexpanded stent in proximal LAD with severe 360° calcium. Tx. Dx => NC 3.0 POBA and DCB. LAD => 3.5 shockwave and DCB. What you think about DCB use in this double scenario ( 0-0-1 bif lesion NSTEMI/ISR-calcium)??
