I don't understand why they don't just make it a universal rule that a "tap" has to be verbal. That eliminates all uncertainty and fuckery. No more "Brazilian tap" and little fake tippy tap just to get out of the sub. Either say "tap!" or your opponent keeps cranking 🤷♂️.
