I should add this photo was taken after carrying our toddler up 350 steps on the Moro rock trail in the sequoias. He’s a beast with a beautiful heart who could give a F* about “what everyone else is doing” if it means sacrificing his kids’ longterm health. Best dad ever.

The lion fiercely protects his family against shortsighted peer pressure to embrace danger 🦠. He hasn’t been sick in 4+ years & his endurance in sports 🏀 🏈 ⚽️ has amplified with better lung function 😷 despite being on the other side of 40. He is the epitome of strength.
