Where is the accountability for delay and who is liable for this ?

Entry to Sec 51 Metro is closed due to construction but Not Closed for HIRA Sweets Material loading and Unloading. Road in front of Hira Sweets and other restaurents on Sec 51 Metro being encroached by Vendors, Hawjers, Delviery agent vehciles and Parked Vehicle.

We faced bottlenecks and kiosk during Monsoon and festivity. More than 70% of area being encroached by Vendors, Street HAWKERS, Auto Walas to capture Sawari, and ongoing Skywalk construction. Just check entry point and exit of Sec 52 metor station.Its seriously accident prone.

Walkway is flooded with water encroached by Auto drivers and vendors with no public sense. No street light for proper lighting and any traffic police or police deployment to control rush.
