Have a look at our collaboration paper with Donald Scott's and Markus Kaiser's group. We show that a molecular glue of the 14-3-3 complex with the transcription factor ChREBP prevents human beta cell death. Might be useful in T2D and showcases the value of 14-3-3 molecular glues.

We have another story out from our ongoing collaboration between TU Eindhoven and UCSF, describing in JACS how we optimized a non-selective molecular glue fragment towards selectivity for ERalpha binding to 14-3-3.
