So much of our focus in trying to spread improvements is in "explicit" knowledge: toolkits, good practice databases, standardised pathways etc. Most of the content that AI repurposes from online resources is explicit knowledge. Yet the biggest opportunities are in "tacit"

Sad but important to hear from @ProfKevinFenton at #Quality2024 that healthy life expectancy for women in my home borough of Tower Hamlets is the lowest in London. We must focus our improvement efforts on tackling health inequalities, even when this task feels insurmountable
