I had an awesome idea to use cilantro as a cover crop in the bed I was going to plant my beans in. What a harvest!. No tomatoes or peppers this time of year, unfortunately. Luckily I have a freeze dryer.

Anyone grow Turban garlic? When are they ready to harvest? What do you look for?. I’ve grown them before but I mistakenly thought they were softneck and always harvested them too late. These are sending scapes and first leaf is dead but bulbs seems small to me.
