The response to this tweet is, in a nutshell why the rewilding movement is toxic in in the farming community. Question the cost/ benefit equation of reintroducing sea eagles and you get dismissed by Shrubsole, patronised by Ali and insulted by Gow. They cannot be civil.
There are well-meaning motives behind wanting to reintroduce sea eagles, but the evidence strongly shows that this would not enhance biodiversity and would become a huge threat to animal welfare and see the loss of lambs. We should stop it. https://t.co/B27Z7OsClp
