So pleased to see this! . Some of the strongest paramedics I’ve worked with (on the road and in education) have dyslexia - extraordinary problem solving, empathy and practical skills.
Our paramedic Sonja has worked at #TeamLAS for +25 years and was diagnosed with dyslexia in 2018. She explains why her dyslexia is a strength rather than a weaknesses, and encourages others not to give up on their dream job. #DyslexiaAwarenessWeek.

Pretty special to spend this time thinking about how we support our trainee Advanced Paramedics of the future @ehaatClinical !.
We’re learning about permeable practitioners and permeable supervisors in the context of air ambulance teams. Thank you @BurrellLisa for organising and to @HardingDebs for delivering a fascinating session!! Faculty training day.

And the primary scanning clinician was a paramedic in 25.4% of POCUS examinations, image quality between physicians and paramedics not significantly different - great to see where our profession is at with this!.
