The disrespect and disregard Nigerian men dish out to women unprovoked needs to be studied. That need they feel to βhumbleβ you and make you feel inferior to them. Or the patronizing attitude if they need something from you. Itβs nauseating. Do better!

Another topic is women in leadership versus men in leadership. The kind of disrespect your male subordinates would bring would have you wondering what you've done or said to encourage it. The whole time you've done nothing. Your only crime is you're female.

Let's not even talk about outfits. During summer in the UK women wear all sorts without a care in the world. Nigeria is generally hotter but you'd rarely see me in revealing outfits outside because of the disrespect from men. They canβt try that abroad. They know it.
