Rondels, mandalas, rosettes. These are gateways, visual metaphors, portals looking in at life itself or out at the divine.
I have something of a fascination for roundels, as you may have noticed, lately . there is something about the idea of a gateway (as one of you mentioned the other day) that always alluring. What is on the other side of this florwery arch? Not surprisingly, I have a feeling

You can boil oak galls to make brown inks as in early Bibles and The Book of Kells. Add iron (rusty nails) to make black ink. Dig clay for ochre paint, mull lapis lazuli for blue, add gum of cherry tree. Quills and sticks make brushes and pens. You can be WILD 🌿
The elites don't want you to know this but you can just make your own pigment. The rocks outside are free.
