A #TweederTop10 Course I’ve Played.
Last week at @BaltusrolGC my primary focus was capturing photos of the Upper Course. However, I couldn't resist snapping a few shots of the Lower Course, especially with the recent changes in its views following the restoration of the Upper Course by Gil Hanse.

Pine Meadow (which I nickname “Baby Dubs”) remains one of the tougher public options in Lake County in Chicagoland. Originally a William Flynn design renovated by Joe Lee & Rocky Roquemore; has strong Par-4 diversity and interesting Par-5s. Limited facilities but good conditions.

Netflix’s “Squid Game 3” miniseries combines the best & worst of mankind, and also is both sensational and excruciatingly frustrating. Lee Jung-Jae is strong as the stoic past winner but the subplots don’t really intertwine well and the ending hint of a spinoff is weird.⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2

#TweederTimeHop!. July 10, 2022. Fortunate to play Blue Mound near Milwaukee, a fabulously conditioned Seth Raynor design with some of my favorite greens west of Pinehurst. Particularly love the “Short” 7th and “Punchbowl” 8th, perhaps my favorite back-to-back holes in Wisconsin.

#TweederTimeHop!. July 9, 2022. @iamdiesel18 and I played Oak Park CC, a beautiful 1914 Donald Ross design in the western suburbs of Chicago. Renovated by Rick Jacobson in 2007, I was pleasantly surprised with the strong Par-4 variety and challenging greens. Underrated in area.
