Exactly this. We used the #wellbeing huddle guide that we shared in our @AQuA_NHS #KXLearningLab this morning; for me it was emotional, cathartic and powerful. I didn't expect fixing but I valued the space to express myself. I am blessed to work with a brilliant, kind, funny team.
It helps me to share how I'm feeling, & what's on my mind. I know there's a risk; you might feel unsure of how to 'help' me. But I have no expectation of you 'fixing' me. Maybe all the help I need is to be heard, hear myself out loud. To be alongside you. #SpacesForListening.

Absolutely agree with this - there is no 100% safe option. We need to consider the balance of all risks, which is not an easy or simple thing to do and I think it's a good start to at least discuss that more openly
