High school coaches… If you don’t let your players throw until November, it’s malpractice.

Best blocker in baseball doesn't block a literal HBP so lets blame 1 knee catching
Example #126337373 why the one knee trash is bad. Yes the ball hit Freddie’s Toe. How can you get on a knee with a runner on 3rd? Utter insanity. You can give me all the excuses why it’s better, anyone with a 🧠 and played knows it’s 💩

High school guys, make sure you have video on your profile and your DMs are open. Talked to a few players recently who didn't realize how often coaches want to reach out and the DMs are closed.

This is what I would call “ideal or textbook blocking position.” Whether you start on a knee or in a traditional, this is the position you want to get to. Yes, you can block on one knee. Yes, you can block on your feet. And yes, it is pretty challenging to (Cont.)

Catchers, good lesson here! It looks to me like Altuve was trying to time up Narvaez's throw back to the pitcher, you can even see the change in his throws after this happens. Just know that teams are always looking for tendencies, patterns, or weaknesses to exploit. Especially

Three years ago I remember seeing a lot of pushback against this because it wasn’t “baseball specific” (which is fake) Thank goodness the tide is turning for baseball players
