Don’t ever give up on yourself. Don’t ever listen to the average. Listen to the winner in you. Believe in yourself when no one else ever will. Believe in yourself when you have no reason to & you will never quit. Fight for your future. Fight for your family. You might not.
“Fight for what you want now or fight against what you don’t want for the future. You choose but never ever quit.”.

If pitchers are always making adjustments, hitters need to be doing the same…. There’s sooooo much more that goes into hitting & this is a baseline of high end conversation that most hitters don’t understand until getting to the next level… . Find someone early in your career.
The physics behind batter heat maps 💥. A hitter’s heat map isn’t random. It’s pure physics. Bat path dictates which zones you handle and where you’re vulnerable. @Justin_Sartori explains how bat path shapes heat maps and how hitters and pitchers use them to build game plans.

Being “good” at a young age holds zero validity & weight to mean the future will be successful. Putting in work won’t guarantee you success but it will give you a chance. Confidence will grow in knowing you put in the work so when the lights turn on in the game, you won’t have.
Player development is a passion. It’s a constant cycle of growth & adaptation. We can learn from training methods of the past while also embracing modern approaches, recognizing that no single system works for everyone. The best coaches identify what each individual needs &.
