It’s funny watching all the same fans that wanted them to win with Sam Howell don’t see how losing out landed them at No. 2 instead of No. 6 and missing out on all the QBs. No fault for coaches/players trying to win, but we’ve seen how Giants winning late has hurt them long-term.
Here’s the thing. Beating he Eagles backups does nothing for this culture or program. The coaches and players put in never ending hours. They should want to win. Staffers and team folks should be thrilled. But that is different than if it’s best for 2026 and beyond. It isn’t.
