There are no magic solutions to the problem of high-cost care, only different ways of dealing with expenses. But state intervention just replaces monetary costs with delays and lost opportunities. Freeing people to make their own decisions and spend their own dollars is the way

So-called "savings" of government interference in medicine come at the expense of access to doctors, diagnostics, and medicines.

On the top is Nathan Phillips Square in 2021. On the bottom is the same location in 2025. This is what happens when radical progressive ideology takes root in your institutions. DEI thrives. Meritocracy dies. The public realm suffers. But hey, at least we renamed Dundas. Welcome

I heard (or read somewhere) that if the Canadian government were to extract our natural resources properly, not a single Canadian would have to pay a cent of income tax. Parasitic ideological capture destroys everything.

🇨🇦 Every Canadian should read this twice: 🇨🇦 Canada ranks — 🥇 1st in uranium 🥇 1st in potash 🥈 2nd in nickel 🥉 3rd in oil 🏅 5th in gold 💧 1st in freshwater Countries start wars for LESS than this. And somehow we are told we’re too poor to cut taxes, too broke to build

Why should we kill the word ‘Strategic’ to save genuine strategy? I just wrote an article about all the parasitic meanings attached to the word, inspired by @RogerLMartin's recent "Fixing Strategy". Check it out, link in the comments below!

Carney is running the exact same strategy that won him the last election: poke Trump, insult the U.S., inflame nationalism, and flood the airwaves with “Canada can lead the world” fantasy talk. It’s branding, not governing. He promised interprovincial trade fixed by summer 2025.
