I am, by all means a "right-wing" conservative. Truth Social is a right-wing conservative platform. So why remain on Twitter?. Simple. I am here to spread ideas, mostly in the form of questions. The best way to spread ideas is not by spelling them out but to get people thinking.

This is THE greatest place on earth to live. Otherwise, people wouldn't go to such great lengths to get here. Respect the law and the legal process. Its that simple. They did. They're proud of it. Tying up resources dealing with illegals isn't fair to legal, naturalized citizens.

In fact, I would be willing to put money on the fact that the third generation Mexican American's grand parents were once also very proud of this nation, and proud to be Americans. Why are legal immigrants happier to be here than people privileged to be born US citizens?.

This only further proves @Asmongold's statement correct. It seems that people who WANT to be here embrace the flag of the diverse nation more than people who were born here. If you hate it here so much, you are free to leave. This isn't East Germany. You may go wherever you wish.

That's what it's always been about. Oh, and attempting to cripple their biggest political opponent.

This. This right here PERFECTLY sums it up. It's not a perfect world, and that's WHY we have a right to defend ourselves, and why we should retain the right to do so with the best tools for the job.

I guess it's worth a mention that when I refer to "Democrats" or "Republicans" I am referring specifically to the politicians, not the party as a whole, nor it's voter base. If you ever feel called out by one of my posts, just remember that. The government is not your friend.

It's okay to disagree, but to hate somebody because of that disagreement is an egregious act. If ideas cause you to hate, those are not ideas, that is propaganda. Don't let the system divide us. If they successfully divide us, they win. Argue, discuss, but don't hate.

This system is designed primarily to sow division, to prevent the unity of the general public, and it's all by design. While I may disagree with many, there are very few whom I actually despise, and that is the way it should be. Disagreement isn't the end of the world.

Media outlets, including both Fox News AND CNN, are two parts of a whole. Whether you believe it or not, they both preach the exact same message: we are right, they are wrong. The key point being the division between who "we" are and who "they" are.

The mainstream media seems to be very bad about this particular issue. They all parrot the same narrative, seldomly doing any independent journalism or fact-checking. That is partly what is wrong with modern media, and why social media has become quintessential in the info wars.

Furthermore, in an echochamber such as that, my own opinions would stagnate without the introduction to contrary though and information. This is in part how propaganda works. Repeat the same message over and over, until it becomes the one and only idea in the room.

This is the basis of free speech. The best idea wins. So why not stay on Truth Social? It's an echochamber of people who already think similarly to me, and to whom I already share philosophy. Posing questions there would be redundant.

Posing your philosophical views in the form of questions is a great way to get people thinking. Sometimes, this can change YOUR opinions as well. As new information is introduced to the conversation, understanding is reached, sometimes by both parties.

The US Government, I've come to realize, is nothing but a giant circle jerk of crime and corruption. Rules for me, but not for thee.
