For anyone who is interested in some viewbot statistics, is a great resource. (no connection). You can grab a single days worth of chat by using a URL like and then see how many gifted subs went to bots 🙃.(its alot, lol).

This is so hilariously incorrect I don't know where to start. Viewbots, which stay for hours in a channel you cant detect. But ADS which have to make a decision in 1 second or less to show or not you have on lockdown?. What a load of bullshit, who is buying this PR bologna?.
We’ve seen a couple of comments about how our systems detect inauthentic views that aren’t accurate, and so I want to clarify a few things. As I said in my original post, it is important to understand that the technology that we use to detect invalid traffic for ads is separate.

Our algorithm also avoids giving trolls subs.

In the logs, search for "gifted" then check which users (that you identify as bots) got a gift sub. I heard Twitch has a gift 'algo', so I bet twitch wanted real users to watch more ads & pushed 'bots' aka 'new users' to get gifts vs old accts. Class action worthy @attorney_tom?
