Dictating feels like a bottleneck has been cleared. My mind moves far faster than my fingers (typing).

My previous excitement about Monologue could have been due to the honeymoon phase. You subscribe to new software, use it, drop it. But nope. Here I am, two months later, doing even more dictation than before. My workday is now mostly speaking, and I love it.
I didn't know if I'd use Monologue. 30 days later, I've spoken 45k words through it and am in the top 2%. Most of my work day is now spent speaking, not typing, and I'm far happier for it. Thanks to @danshipper and the @every team for this incredible product.

I'm beginning an experiment called "Run my business with my hands tied behind my back." I only speak, no typing, and will use only my judgment and taste to decide "good" or "bad." Dictation apps + AI will do the grunt work. How far will I get?

Claude Code + local Markdown + HTML is my new go-to. LLM chats get huge and bury key info, so I use MD as a lightweight DB and display everything in HTML. I never touch the MD. Claude Code updates it. It’s a clean, simple system. 👍

One of the clearest Lightbulb 2 headlines I've come across, I'll give them that.

No book has impacted my writing style more than Eugene Schwartz's The Brilliance Breakthrough. I read it a decade ago and still think of its lessons each time I sit down to write.

In the U.S., we drive past our aging parents to get to our yoga class. We love Eastern spirituality, but we cherry-pick. Keep the yoga, forget the family.

Google AI Studio is a highly underrated LLM. It's becoming my go-to.

What I admire most about Paul’s post is the Socratic questioning. - Why does this trigger me? - What do I actually care about? - How do I go full out on those principles? This isn’t really about Hormozi. It's about us.
Alex Hormozi feels like the purest expression of the 24/7 internet economy. He's made for this economy and also a product of it. He pushes the edges on the ways to hack attention. Many of his takes are outrageous on purpose, like saying having kids is a mistake if you care about

I've finally internalized what @samuelwoods_ has been teaching around using AI for content creation. The key skill is discernment. When you're not creating content directly, but rather, using AI, it forces you to think about what's allowed and what's not. It forces you to think

Not all uses of psychology in marketing are ethical. Use it to reduce confusion, build trust, support timing—good. Use it to bypass reasoning, conceal truth, pressure action— not good. My take? It’s time to rebalance, and bring philosophy back into the conversation.

I was reading C.S. Lewis on vacation recently. Not the Narnia books, but Miracles, which has this brilliant chapter that's been debated for 80 years. Lewis makes a distinction that every business owner should understand: the difference between beliefs that are *caused* and

Yet another incredible example of fractals: The Coastline Paradox How long is Britain's coast? Measure from a plane? You get one answer. Walk the coast? You get a much longer distance. Every coast contains smaller coasts within it. Fractals are hidden everywhere 🔍

I absolutely love this symbolic portrait of mathematician John Conway by artist Simon Fraser. See the fractals?
