Narcan is neither the problem nor the solution. No one is sitting around thinking, “welp, we have some narcan on hand honey, so there’s no reason to get sober today. Pass the needle!” At all. This analysis ⬇️ could not be more disconnected from the dynamics of American drug
@mazemoore If they get rid of the solution (Narcan availability everywhere), will the problem (massive overdoses) eventually disappear? Think about what I’m asking here. People don’t hesitate or seek help if a temporary solution is at hand.
